30/11/2009 Rue Royale's album out now.
We are proud to say that Rue Royale's debut long-player is finally released on American Typewriter in a limited vinyl edition of 310 copies stamp-numbered. Ten tracks which will satisfy fans of Fleetwood Mac, Zero 7, Iron and Wine and Sufjan Stevens.

 

25/10/2009 New additions on the website / Rue Royale delayed.
We've added new dates on the booking section and more products on the store. Now you can find the Björn Kleinhenz's new album B.U.R.M.A. and some merchandising (t-shirts and badges). We hope you like it!
We also should inform you that Rue Royale's album release date has been moved from October 26th to November 16th.
We have an spanish set phrase that says "Lo bueno se hace esperar" that it means something like "Good things come to those who wait". So we have to wait for this great album few more weeks.

 

01/09/2009 Free B.U.R.M.A.'s taste.
Next release on American Typewriter will be out on September 21st. But from today you can get a free taste of this beautiful album B.U.R.M.A. by Björn Kleinhenz. It's two tracks, "Black Water", included on the album, and one exclusive track "Mountain Pt.2" courtesy of Björn himself. The album is already available for pre-order at our shop section.

 

20/07/2009 Varga's album Tarragona out now.
Tarragona is the new Varga's album and it's released on a limited edition (stamp-numbered, as we use to do) of 368 copies in white coloured vinyl. The record is already available at our online shop and will be on stores very soon.

 

29/03/2009 American Typewriter Spanish distribution.
American Typewriter is distributed in Spain via Green Ufos. This means that, from now on, you can find our records on the most important spanish indie records stores.

 

15/01/2009 Matt Sheehy's album out now.
We are proud to announce the first American Typewriter release. It's a full length album by an Alaskan born and Portland bred maestro Matt Sheehy. Tigerphobia was self-released in a very limited edition CD. Now we are releasing it on vinyl containing an extra track "Pink And Blue" not included on the CD. The result is a collection of 12 tracks full of feelings, emotion, depth and undeniable energy. It will charm you from the first listen. Released in a limited stamp-numbered edition of 522 copies.

 

15/01/2009 American Typewriter is born.
Our aim is really simple. To show the world the music that we like, the music that we enjoy, the music that we feel in a deep way. And we want to do it in physical format for a very simple reason too. Because we love it. American Typewriter is and will be a vinyl only label.
